Im new to google home, and im not sure why but the media will not connect to google home.
I click link Spotify or pandora in google home +media, it launches, I click agree, it speeds through the connection, gives me a little arrow of approval, returns to google home app and then a little pop up at the bottom of the app says "something went wrong, try again" and nothing is connected, no other prompts pop up
the only thing i can think of is there is a setting in my phone clicked on or off that stopping the process from continuing? or some setting in one of the apps that's toggled the wrong way to stop the approval process?
So what setting are required to be on for iphone and google home and spotify to allow the connections?
info::
Device: iphone OS 15.7
Accounts of Spotify and pandora are linked with same account for google home
cleared cache on all apps
did a restart of the iphone
did a restart / delete and re-download of the apps (google home spotify and pandora )
logged in using google log in for each app, logged out n logged back in using same linked account
still nothing. wtf google what can i do to get these accounts linked? i just want to be able to use my Spotify to play music in my home T_T

Hi Giggy,
Sorry for the late revert. Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us.
I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. A few things: Which Nest speaker? What is the firmware version installed on it? Try to do a full reset to your Google Nest speaker and set it up as a new device then relink your music services.
Let me know how it goes.
Best,
Juni
