Google Home Philips Air Purifier link disappeared

I added Philips pedestal fan to Google Home by linking it through Philips Air Purifier app. It linked without any problem, but only had ON/OFF function. I want to remove the fan from Devices but it's not possible. When Google Home asks me to unlink the device from Philips Air Purifier app, it's not on the list, it just disappeared.

I tried to clear cache in Google Home app, restarted my smartphone but still the same, not in the list anymore

Hello,

Thank you for taking an interest in our community. I understand you're trying to remove a Philips pedestal fan from Google Home; however, it's not showing up in the Philips Air Purifier app anymore due to the apps being linked. It’s a pleasure to assist you.

I appreciate that you have taken action by performing the troubleshooting steps above. So let’s attempt this step.

Disconnect the Philips Air Purifier service from the Google Home app. You can find guided instructions in this article: Connect third-party smart home devices in the Google Home app. After disconnecting, please go back to the Philips Air Purifier app and try to remove the fan from there.

Let me know how it goes.

Best regards,

Daniel
