Google Home Routines

Hey guys . 

I've set up a few routines in my home to set different moods with the lighting. If my girlfriend, who is part of the house gives those commands google does not recognize her. This seems pretty basic to me in terms of automation. 

My obvious work around is to create the routine on her phone but I don't even see a way to share or send the routine to another member.. Is there perhaps a way to share specific routines with people in the home? You can share just about everything else in google.

Thanks for your message. I am sorry to hear that your device is not recognizing your girlfriend's voice. That is a frustrating issue, and I understand your concern. I would be more than happy to look into this issue.

• Which device is not recognizing your girlfriend's voice? (model name, generation number)
• Could you try to turn off voice match?
• Can you please try to do a reboot and Factory Data Reset on your device? Are there any improvements? 
  • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. 
  • Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.

Unfortunately, you cannot share a routine. A routine is made for one device on one phone.
