Cant live govee to google home

Help remove device from home app
I'm unable to remove a device from Google home, via smartlife. It's saying that I'm not the owner, but I am. Even unlinked smartlife, but it's still showing. The button to remove, at the bottom of the device settings is greyed out. Any suggestions???
