Google Home and Vivint not functioning properly

Hello Everyone,

I have added my Vivint security account to my google home and all of the devices in the system are appearing in Google Home, but it is saying that all of them other than my panel and front door lock are Offline but they are all on and functioning correctly through my Vivint app. The front door lock shows as active but when I try to use Google Assistant to lock or unlock the door, it is saying that this device has not been setup yet…?  Any help on either issues would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out. A few questions: are all your Vivint security devices showing in a room within the Devices tab, or under Local/Other cast devices? Are you using a dual-band router? If yes, on which band are your Vivint security devices connected? Do you have household members in the Google Home app?
