Nest app and website is sending verification code to old phone number.

Nest app and website is sending verification code to old phone number. I have my correct email and password but no option to get past verification sent to wrong mobile number. I am unable to login to Nest app or home.nest.com

How can I get my phone number updated or get 2 factor verification turned off?

One of the limitations of two-factor authentication is that you need to change the phone number you have specified for two-factor authentication BEFORE you change your phone number, OR you need to temporarily turn off two-factor authentication before you change your phone number until the new number is working. If you do not do so, there are limits to what Google (or other vendors depending on two-factor authentication) can do.
