I connected Lutron Caseta to Google Home and the connection has worked perfectly until 2 days ago. Google Home says that Lutron is “not available right now” for voice commands and “offline” in the Google Home app.
Troubleshooting I’ve done:
- deleted Google Home and added back
- deleted Lutron app and added back
- attempted to disconnect Lutron from Google Home (this was not successful)
- power cycled Lutron router
Lutron app still works perfectly to control devices.
please help. Thanks!

Hey there,
Sorry to hear about the issues that you're having with your Lutron device and the Google Home, I know it can be confusing, but I'm happy to help.
Thanks for letting us know what troubleshooting you've done, that definitely helps and I have a few follow up questions.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,

I'm having the same issues starting around the same time. I moved some devices around and renamed some and when I try to re-sync Lutron and Google Home I lost access to most of the devices. I followed all the steps you did as well with no luck. Google only shows 10 devices when there should be 38. The integration to Lutron is working fine, I am able to control lights with another app (IFTTT). It is a Google Home problem.

The solution I found was to create another Home and individually move the lights to that Home and then move them back. All 37 lights are working now. What a pain but at least I found a work-around.
