I’ll beyond frustrated. I’m trying to connect my devices - nest minis. Don’t know how they got under the ´ local devices’ under Devices, but reading posts here it said I can’t remove them. That’s fine, just want to finish setting them up. But when I go to that device’s settings it’s blank. I can’t even add any more devices to my Google home as none recognizes the connection. I’ve reset absolutely everything - Google home reinstall, removed account - four times and it still doesn’t work. I’ve requested to be contacted, and haven’t heard back. Please let me know what to do next.
Thanks 🙏

If it shows under local devices, either it wasn't setup with the account you're signed into the Home app with, or you didn't assign it to a room during the setup process. It's possible setup didn't quite complete successfully. The quickest and most effective way to solve this for sure is to factory reset the device, then do setup. To reset it you'll need to use the reset button physically on the speaker. Make sure to leave it connected to power during the reset.
