Resolved! Nest App

The App indicates that it is offline but the thermostat says it is online. I have downloaded a new app restarted, etc multiple times. Basically I followed all of the directions and the app still does not work. Pls provide guidance

Nest Web Login

I am using 3 different web browsers and when I login to my cameras (nest) I get in then immediacy logged out back to the sign in screen.

Google Nest/Google home

I use what used to be called Google home for my wifi. I don't have a "Nest" app because I use Ring. I need to change the admin email on the GOOGLE home app but when I look for the settings option, it does not show. Help!
