I have been double charged for Nest Aware for the last 2 years. I called a week ago and talked to a representative who said the $240 charge for February 2025 would be refunded but it never was. I would like them to refund the extra $240 I paid in February 2024 also. I also pay every July, which is the accurate charge. So I have paid $480 extra to Nest in the last 2 years. I bet a lot of people who have had these cameras for a long time are being double charged.

I’m having the same billing issue. Being charged twice with the same amount within the space of 4 months (December’24 and today March’25).

Good luck! I've been working on trying to get a refund for a while now with no luck. I may have to go to a federal agency or something. This is ridiculous that this is a known issue and they have no problem double billing people for multiple years for the same service.

I’ve managed to get mine resolved (thankfully) via the live chat. Maybe give that a go.
