Good day . I have a problem with reconnecting. I connected the camera, everything was fine, I made a new home because I still didn't understand how to connect the camera correctly, and then I deleted it because I had a different home for each camera and wanted to move all the cameras to one home. after that I can't connect again. when I plug it into the outlet, it lights up first white and then green. please help connect the camera

@Kris11

I am guessing, based on your title ("Google cam inside with second generation...") that you have a 2nd gen Google Nest Indoor Camera. If so, did you perform a factor reset on your camera before trying to reinstall, based on the instructions below? The green light is supposed to mean your camera is connected to Wi-Fi, but if you did not perform a factory reset, it's connected to the Google Nest "home/structure" where you originally installed it, using whatever Wi-Fi credentials you provided on the first install.

I can't tell exactly what's happening in your situation, and don't have any further suggestions. Perhaps you should try contacting Support, using the link and instructions in the post below.

Hello Kris11,

Thanks for posting in our Community. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; let’s check this out.

A few questions: are you using an iOS or Android device? Which app was used to set up the camera: Google Home or Nest? Have you already tried the steps given by MplCustomer above? If yes, how was it?

Let me know if you have any questions.

I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.

Best,

Lance

Hey Kris11,

Thanks for getting back to me with the updates. Just to make sure we’re on the same page, do you mean that the LED status light of the camera turns from green to two red lights when you unplug it from the power adapter? If yes, have you tried plugging the camera into a different power outlet? Can you send a photo of the camera?

Keep me posted.

Regards,

Lance
