Google home + google works account

Hi 

I have a question regarding my account in google home /nest. I am using an account that is apperntly an google works account  (this is my email ) which is not fully working with my google home account.

I have connected this address to a domain fellert.nu an d i really would like to ceep this domin.

What account do i need to be able to use google home / nest fully ?

And who should i sk this qustion to, to get the best help ? 

my email i s ######### which supposedly is an account called works and is not fully supported.

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.

I understand that issues around Gsuite or Google Works accounts can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

It’s mostley confusing for the moment and i am searching for information. I am using an account that is limited in Google HOME and i am wondering how i am able to change the account under my domain name. I am using this e-mail adress as an account name.
 
I want to use my domain with an account that is not limited and where to get help with this problem.

Hey there, 

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately, Google works and Gsuite accounts are not compatible with everything. So the best workaround is to create a new personal gmail account and use that.
