Please can anyone advise if there is a resolution yet for people who have a device pre-installed with Google Go and are now unable to use their Home App to edit routines. Just bought a phone not realising Google cannot be installed if Google Go already pre-installed (and unable to remove Google Go)

Thanks for reaching out — let’s see what’s going on. A few things: is personal results enabled? Is the Google account the same one that was used to set up the device? Also, have there been any recent adjustments to the Google Assistant settings for the primary Google account that is linked to the device?
Give these steps a try:

Hi Juni,
Thank you for your reply, however when we go in to edit routines it wants us to install Google. When we try to install Google it won’t allow it because we have Google Go pre-installed on the device. We cannot remove Google Go. I tried all your suggestions but with no effect, we are still having the same issue.

Understood. What’s the make and model of your mobile phone? Could you tell us the Google Home app version installed on your phone? Have you tried using another phone to isolate it?
