Google leaches bugs and faults, you fix one thing and another rears its ugly head. For a major company their products are just crap.

If you encounter inconveniences with the Google Nest Community or Google Store website, you can try deleting the cache for your browser and restarting the devices you're using.

 

In addition, you can follow these steps to contact us:

 

1. Go to the Contact Us form.
2. Select a category or product family and type in a brief description of the inconvenience, then click "Next."
3. Click "Other," then click "Next Step."
5. Under "Resources," just click "Next Step." (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
4. Under "Contact Options," choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
