In the last 2-3 weeks my Nest login stopped working on both the app and desktop. I had my password saved on my iPhone and desktop, so I know I'm using the correct credentials. I keep getting the message to sign-in with Google, I never get an email with the password reset option, so I finally tried signing in with Google. Now its like I've created a new Nest account, and all my devices and history are gone. Is there a way to get my existing account back. What do I do now, do I have to start over and add all my devices again? How does the Google Home app play into this. Is there a good resource to review that can help me resolve this?
