DISH Hopper 3 inactive on GHome

My hopper 3 is connected to Google Home, however it's off-line. How do I get this to go online? When I select DISH on my iPhone 12 it says “something went wrong please try again.” Please help I've been working with this for weeks.

Nest overcharging every month

I’m being charged 28.00 a month since 2020 and have Nest. I cannot even find a helpline or call center to contact. I should only be paying $6-8.00 a month … NOT $28.00 Does anyone know how to get help?
