I have a Motorola e20 that has Google Go. I have My Chromecast configured and My Home app, every streaming service that exists works with Home excepts HBO Max. What can i do?

Hey there,
You may try to uninstall Google Go from your phone and install the Google App instead. If there's no way to do this, you can reach out to your phone manufacturer for further asisstance.
Thanks,
Jennifer

Hi danielsanchezre,
Thanks for reaching out. To confirm, are you trying to cast a video content from HBO Max or you're mirroring your phone's screen to your TV? Try reinstalling the HBO Max app to see if it'll do the trick and check for software updates on your phone. It's best to have updated applications and OS for a seamless experience. Using a different mobile device might also help.
Thanks,
Jennifer
