Had my nest thermostat set up w Comcast email address. Changed it to google account and now the thermostat doesn’t appear on my phone, am unable to add it (can’t retrieve serial numbers). Big mistake on my part. Need assistance on how to get numbers off thermostat so I can add equipment back.

Sorry to hear about your thermostat issues! I totally get how frustrating it can be to lose access to a device. Let's see what we can do here. 

Can you try out the factory reset steps listed in this guide? This should wipe any personal data, preferences, and network connectivity and allow for a fresh install.
