I have been using my phone though the home app as a controller for my linked TV. Just today, as I was watching tv it crabbed out and asked me to enter in the code displayed on my TV to link my device. I accidentally entered it in wrong! Whoops. Now I am finding it impossible to delink my TV. Tried removing and adding device through app. Allows me to add it, however the TV shows “offline” status and when I try using the controller, it just doesn’t let me. Says I may need a software update. Tried a series of differ troubleshooting steps. Someone…anyone…
