I've recently moved house and since moving, any attempt to set up to my nest or chromecast just ends with "could not communicate with your *device*". I get the code on the TV, I get the ding on the nest, but after that, it apparently can't communicate.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, my phone is on the latest version, the devices are right by my WiFi. What's the problem?
Before I moved, I was having problems accessing settings but since moving, absolutely nothing. Please help!

Thanks for being a step ahead of us and I'm sorry for the late response.
The Chromecast and Google Home devices can only remember one network at a time. If you moved to a different house and you have a new Wi-Fi network, please factory reset your Chromecast and Google Home devices then attempt to set up your devices.
