How do I add a person when it says it’s not working and will later, but has said this for two days?

I’ve tried updating app, closing and opening, and rebooting speaker

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. Are you just trying to send an invite out to another person? Are they accepting the invite to your Home? I would check and make sure that all of your information is correct for them or it will have trouble sending the invite out.
