How do I change the volume of Google Home for setting of a media alarm on Google Nest?

Google help has not helped. When I open Google Home App on my  iPhone there is no 'Audio' option to select 'Alarm and Timers'.

Are these the steps you're following?

1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Google Nest or Home speaker.
2. Open the Google Home app .
3. Tap your device.
4. At the top right, tap Settings   Audio  Alarms & Timers.
5. Adjust the volume.

I have Nest smoke alarms, and there is no such thing as "Settings Audio Alarms and Timers"  as of 2021.

There are settings, but they offer only "Sound Check" "Silencing Alarms " (on/off) & "Works with protect)(two emergency shut offs.)

Suggestions?
