How do I file a formal complaint?

Does anyone know how to file a complaint regarding a support interaction?

The call was horrendous. The representative ignored all of the details I shared (would ask me questions I already provided answers to over and over and over), spoke too fast to understand 50% of the time (even after asking him to slow down), and seemed lost the entire conversation. When I shared that he had lost my trust that he could actually help me, I asked for a supervisor. He said they weren't allowed to reach out to one. I then asked how to file a complaint. He then paused, and then started talking like he had solved my issue, like he was just speaking so his coworkers could hear him, then hung up on me. I cannot find anywhere online to submit a complaint. Nor do they send a survey out. And while I can see my case listed, there's nothing to click on to comment, and it stills list as "In Progress" though the call ended 2 hours ago.

Anyone aware of any recourse I can take? I've always loved Google, I have so many of their products and have always recommended them above all other vendors. But this interaction has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Very disappointed.

I know it's been awhile, and I'm sorry you have to experience this. We hope you can have a better time, but we'd like to investigate this further and try to make things right.

I checked the support ID, and it appears to be a submitted form. By any chance, do you have another support ID from your previous contact with us so we can better look at it?

But how do we submit a complaint? I had a very similar horrendous experience including asking to escalate.
