How do I get my local device back?

I’ve tried to set up a new home but I still couldn’t get my local device back, it says it will send a request but to who?

Hey there Carlotta,

 

I'm real sorry about my late response, thank you for your patience! Are you still having these issues with the Google Home app? Would you mind giving me some more clarification around the issue? I'm not too sure what you mean by you can't get your local device back. For now, I would check out this article on adding a device to Google Home and see if that helps.
