How to change account photo on Nest App (not google app)

I am using an unmigrated nest account and trying to change the photo on the account page I choose the photo but it never replaces the current photo.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I would love to look into this question for you! To answer you, your account photo comes from whichever google account it is associated with. Whatever picture is there, is your picture.
