I somehow set up a bedtime routine on my Google Home that starts automatically every night at 7pm. It has a series of steps it tries to get me to do (brush teeth, etc).
I can't figure out how to delete it. When i look at "routines" on the Google home app, there is a bedtime routine, but it's different, and is only activated on voice command (not at a time).
Please help!

Yes I did! It turns out that these "routines" are part of Google Assistant, and are called "Family Bell". You can get to them from the Google Home App:
Home >> Tap Profile Picture in Top Right >> Assistant Settings >> Family Bell
Your Sequence can be enabled, disabled, and edited in there.

Did you get a fix to this? I have this routine at 8pm and there is no bed routine for any of the users in Google home.

Hey all,
I am glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue, and the device is working as intended. With that being the case, I am going to lock the thread at this time. If you have any questions from here, please feel free to create a new post.
Best regards.
