How to remove a nest thermostat from nest app, that doesn't appear in googe home account

Nest says remove thermostat in google home app. Google home app has no record of nest thermostat that is visible in nest app.

Hello Richard,

I'm sorry you are having this issue, I can understand how difficult it must be. I'd be more than happy to help. 

Just to clarify, you originally set up this device in the Nest app correct? Have you migrated your account over to the Google Home app?

If you haven't tried already, I'd recommend the following:

• Try to sign out and back into both apps.
• Try to reinstall both apps.
• Restart the mobile device.
