Trying to set up new wireless network, did factory reset on the Hub, but it won't connect because it says it belongs to someone else, but it is really me. What should I do?

Hello there,

Thank you so much for the post. I'm sorry this is happening. I can imagine this is probably pretty strange and frustrating. I'd love to help.

Just before we go any further, I'd like to double check a couple of things. Could you please confirm that you were able to do a factory reset versus a reboot?
Please give us an update when you can.

Thank you,

James
