I can not log into my nest account. I got a new phone and I am the primary on the account.

Sorry for the delay but thanks for reaching out. 

 

Just to confirm, you're unable to login to your Nest app on the new phone or are you unable to sign into your Nest app because you changed phone numbers? Also, do you you have a migrated Google account?
