Hi Have you sorted your problem? I am having the same problem, and I know I am using the correct email and passwork any way, but will not send me the details to reset my pass word?

If you're referring to your Nest account, have you migrated it to your Google Account? Also, did you set 2-step verification? Check this guide to remove the verification method in your account.
