I am unable to log into the nest app. I click sign-in with google but am unable to select my gmail account. I am able to log in on the web application. I've tried deleting/re-installing the app, clearing all cookies/cache but still no luck.
I just wanted to check in to see if you had been able to view the response from Brad. Please let us know if you're still having issues with this as we will be closing this within 24 hours.
Sorry to hear you're still having the same issues. What troubleshooting steps have you taken? Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app? Have you double checked the account that you're trying to log in with?

Shutdown and Pierre back on device
Completed on boarding process in the app
Attempted to log into Nest account in the app
Result, sits at the Nest logo with spinning animation and never logs in
I can log into home.nest.com just fine. I just find the website interface is not good and prefer the Nest app.
Thanks for letting us know that information. I have reviewed this, and it seems like there is an issue going on with the app that we are looking into. I appreciate you going through the troubleshooting steps.
