Hi I can’t setup my camera because to connect to my old account (email)
I can’t to access to my email because I don’t have anything about old email for disconnect my camera and setup with new email

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, have you tried resetting the password of your old email address? Do you have other home members who have access to your Nest Camera? In case you do, you may tell them to remove the Nest Camera from their account so that you may reset it to the factory default and re-add it using your new account.
