I cannot start my goodnight routine!

I have been using my good night routine for WEEKS!  Now, when I say "Hey Google, goodnight", my google mini says "I don't understand goodnight"!  If I run the Google Home app, and play the good night routine - my google mini says aloud "I don't understand goodnight" - IT DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THE THING THAT I AM CLICKING ON IN THE UI????  

This just started - what is going on?

We're sorry to hear about this experience. Let's sort this out by answering these question:

 

  • When did you notice this issue?
  • Have you made any changes on the action on the routines before it happened?
  • Does it also happen when you try to use other routines?

Let's make sure to try the basic steps first simply by unplugging the Google Nest speakers and your router from the power source for at least a few minutes. That way, we can refresh your network connection where your devices are connected to.

4 days ago.  No changes.  Other routines are fine.  Rebooting does nothing.

YOU CAN'T DELETE ROUTINES EITHER - see my other tech support!
