I can't cast on my tv and i think the app is stuck but there is the name of the product doesn't appear ok my tv

Please let us have more information about the question you are asking along with information about which Chromecast device or Chromecast enabled TV you are using, what type of device you are casting from and the name of the app that you think is stuck?
