I am part of the suffering group that got caught up in the Nest Secure to ADT transition. I got the email from Google with the code, redeemed it for the ADT equipment, got the ADT equipment sent home and after a few failed attempts to set up with our existing Nest products, decided we don't want to use ADT at all.
After 3 phone calls, multiple transfers, ADT cancelled our service (came with free 12 month monitoring) but they said they will not take the equipment back. We have a ADT smart hub, 2 door sensors and 1 motion sensor completely unused. Who do I send that to?
Separately, since I declined the ADT service can I still get the $200 google credit?
