I want to replace my nest mesh router in the home app with a tp-link router

I have a nest mesh router in my home app.  I want to replace it with a new tplink AX11000.  I did a factory reset on the nest mesh router, so the home app no longer sees it.  I created a new home within the home app and then attempted to add a router, but it does not see the tplink and offers a list consisting of google only wifi products (google wifi, nest wifi, etc.)  Does anyone know how to get the home app to recognize the tplink?

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the new router and connecting it to the Home app, but I'm happy to look into this for you. 

While we don't have any information about whether or not that router is compatible with the Google Home app, we do suggest that you reach out to the manufacturer to see if it is compatible and what information they have that can help you.
