I installed the application on Smart Life. My device is attached to the application and I can control it, but from then on I can't connect it to Google Home. In my account I see that it is connected, but it does not go to Google Home and I can not manage it by voice. I tried to remove the application and add the device without it. I find it, I call it and it doesn't go to Google Home. Some other tips

I understand that this can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
Please let me know.

Hi there,
Would you mind telling me what troubleshooting you have tried? Also what error messages or issues are you running into? When you say that you can't connect it, what is the problem that you're running into?
I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello, the problem is that after downloading the application (Smart Life) and creating an account, I add the device and everything works. But the problem comes when i open Google Home and try to add the device as google working service. I follow the steps and find the application (Smart Life) and add it. And nothing is happening there anymore. Gives that there is no such device. My account is linked, the device supports google assistant. I tried without an application (Smart Life), but the same message is received that there is no such device. I tried several times and reset the device and added it again, but the result is the same.

Hey there,
Sorry for the late reply. So from what it sounds like, you try to add the application through Google Home, and the option is there for you to add, but when you select it, nothing happens?
I was able to find another thread from another user that was having this same issue. Please try these steps and see if this works for you.
1. Install Smart Life app and get your device named and working properly
2. Remove the Smart Life app
3. Go to the Google Home app and manually add the device:
- click the + in the top corner
- click set up device
- Choose "works with Google"
- Search for "Smart Life" and choose the one with the correct icon (blue house)
- It should then open a window in web browser to log into you Smart Life account
- continue with the prompts and setup in Google
Once you have done the above and verified it works in Google you should be able to reinstall the Smart Life app. When you log into the app again it should retain your devices from before.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best regards,
Garrett DS
