Link an Event in Google Nest Camera to play music on a 3rd Party BT Speaker

Hi, I am trying to link my Google Nest Camera’s event notification with my Home Theatre’s Spotify Application. As soon as the Nest Camera recognizes a familiar face, I’d like it to play a certain song or begin playing a specific playlist from my Spotify Subscription’s Playlists that I have curated. Is there a way to do this in the app? Any mods or tech support that can assist in this endeavor?
