Hello, I can’t access my Nest thermostat on my Nest App any longer and not sure what changed. I don’t believe I ever migrated my nest account to Google and was trying to do that but when I attempt to log in through Nest I get a wrong password message. I try to reset password and I never get an email to reset it.
So I tried to create a new account by signing in through Google and when I go to add a device in the app I am unable to because my thermostat says it is already connected to the app even though I have no access to it.
Do I need to perform a factory reset? Appreciate any help, thanks.
