Lost all details

I have lost all connection and history details everything . I cannot get into it and am not sure how to set it up as my builder did and he’s not around

I would call Nest support, 855-4569-6378.  You'll want the email address you had on the account, and the S/N: on the thermostat.  Support can search for the thermostat by serial number to see what email address it's linked to, and possibly help you regain access to your account.

Jennyh, I'm jumping in to check if you've managed to reach out to our support team about this. If you still need help with it, let me know what specific type of Nest thermostat you have. Also, are you unable to see it on your Nest or Google Home app? Please provide as many details as you can so I can check on it further.
