I am trying the put the Enter Key into my app by looking on the the thermostat but there is no Enter Key on it
please help this is very upsetting and I can no longer use my phone app

Thanks for reaching out and I understand how you feel.
You can find your thermostat's entry key by following the steps below:
If there is says, "Already added to an account", you might need to first reset the account connection settings of your thermostat so that it will be disassociated from the email address that it is connected to. Take a look at the step by step guide here: https://bit.ly/3riP5Dp
