Lost all products on nest app

I've lost all my products but if I go to the Google home app there all there and if I go to re connect the products it says there already connected to an account And won’t let me reconnect them 

please help

check these out first i will get you a link for trouble shooting

Initial checklist

First, make sure:

  1. You're using the most recent version of the Google Home app ctcomsa_0-1641771955565.png

     

    .
  2. The speaker or display is plugged in and powered on.
    • You can tell that Google Home, Google Nest Mini (2nd gen), Google Home Mini (1st gen), Google Home Max, or Google Nest Audio is powered on and in setup mode when the white LED lights are blinking. 
  3. You are in the same room as the device.
  4. If you're using an iOS device, turn on Bluetooth.
    • On the home screen, tap Settings ctcomsa_1-1641771955514.png

       

       Bluetooth.
    • Make sure the slider is On (toggled to the right and green).
    • Close Settings and return to the Google Home app ctcomsa_2-1641771955564.png

  5. If you're using an Android device, turn on Location services.
    • On your Android device, tap Settings ctcomsa_3-1641771955566.png

       return to home screen.
    • Tap Settings ctcomsa_7-1641771955516.png

       Permissions.
    • Next to "Location," make sure the slider is On (toggled to the right and blue).
