More repeating Google nest problems

Google Nest and OK Google problems not fixed... Because Google can't even go more than a few days without a problem in the last 4 years I have never had more than one week with no Google problems... 

This is how incompetent Google is... Every single problem that I have been reporting about for the last 4 years are still happening... Family bells are not synced with devices anymore and they play more than once in sequence just like before, Bluetooth fails to connect or fails to disconnect just like before, it's a crap shoot hit or miss if my preset routines work or not anymore, let alone routines that I create myself are even worse, they may work for a few days with no problem and then suddenly they stop out of the blue and I have to reset them again. Plus presence sense is way out of whack again. My phone showed me in Arizona once again the other day, I've never been to Arizona. Ok Google is unreliable now, sometimes it doesn't even trigger anymore just like before, ok Google can't control my Vizio TVs again just like before, I have three different makes of Wi-Fi lights and Google struggles to control them again anymore, I remember when Google would answer your question without making you look at the phone screen but now most times when you ask Google a question it makes you look at the screen so much for hands-free driving now, it's almost impossible to use tasks now via the app let alone Google nest, Google fails to turn on lights when they are set to turn on again just like before...

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app I have rebooted my Google nest,

I have used a different account but it didn't make any difference, last night I checked the firmware of my nest and all 23 of my devices none of them have updated recently they're all current, All my devices work properly with their respective apps...

This is how ridiculous it is: these problems started 4 years ago and they have never fully gone away since then... 

When will Google realize they broke things and actually do something about these problems? I have spoke directly with Google engineers who have been working on this and the problems may disappear for a day or two or a week or two but eventually happen again.. 

A new but repeated problem is now when using voice to text you have to reset the app or dump the cache  in order for the mic to engage. This happened 3 years ago as well...

Numerous people are reporting all these problems but we keep getting told the same BS and yet the problem still exist or come back again.

I’ve been dealing with the Home App crashing when I try to view an “event” or activity from my camera. This just started October 2023. Have had several calls, chats and emails. I have reset reinstalled updates etc etc.  Was told a new camera was coming then nothing. Lastly told that there will be a software update that will address it - maybe in 2024??!!?   Will not give me my subscription to Nest Aware free until fixed. No compensation or nothing done to make me feel like they care.  Such bad costumer service.

The whole ecosystem is utter garbage. All they will tell you is do a factory reset. Just switch to another platform. Alexa isn't great, but its better than then this garbage.

I'm forced to agree cuz this is absolute pure freaking garbage. It started last year the same exact time during Thanksgiving weekend and it hasn't been right since then and now NOTHING'S working tonight! And you hit the nail right in the head they'll have me test this send this for me and check that blah blah blah blah ain't a **bleep** thing changed in fact everything works with its own link it's always Google's bull**bleep** always every freaking time...
