My Google home will not connect

Tried all support but could not get Home app to connect to Nest home

Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues connecting your Google Home App with your device. I would be more than happy to help find a solution to get your device connected and running. First, I have some questions.

  • Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • Are you setting up the device for the first time?
  • Do you see any error messages? What does it say?
  • Is your device on the same WiFi network as your phone which has the Google Home App?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, what have you attempted so far?
