The original poster mentioned this issue last year, and still no resolution?

I noticed it a while back but honestly have not had the time try and reach out about it but would think this would be a major issue. It has made me seriously question buying anymore nest cams which I do need for outdoor security.  Google bought Nest and it seems since then the quality has dropped. What gives?
