I followed prompts to migrate my Nest sign in to Google. My Nest sign in was originally a gmail address, but it's now migrated to my same sign-in as Google. Now it appears the camera isn't connected with my account anymore; it isn't showing up when I log into the app. When I try to connect it, the message says it's still connected to an old account and I need to ask the previous owner to remove it. I'm not able to sign in to my old account anymore. When I try to log in to the old account by using "Sign in with Nest", my password doesn't work. I used "Forgot Password" to send an email to my email address, then I never receive an email. All paths seem to be a dead end. Forums say I need to do a factory reset, but I can't do that when the device isn't appearing in my Next app.

Hey there,
I would suggest that you definitely try to Factory Reset the device. This does not require the app to do. You can do it manually on the device itself. Restarting and factory resetting your Google Nest camera or doorbell will have different results:
Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.
Factory reset: Erases all your settings and options, and restores its factory default settings. It will not automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi and you'll need to set it up again.
You can find this information, plus additional information on this process here.
Best Regards,
Brad
