My old email is main owner of my Nest account - Can't change my Nest Aware subscription.

I have a Nest account, and I currently have access to it via my new email, but my old email is the main account holder and I don't have access to that email anymore.

I'm trying to change the Nest Aware subscription from Gen 1 to Gen 2, but it says my old account is the only email that can control Nest Aware and the subscription. 

If I delete all my cameras and start again, the subscription will continue because I can't stop it. 

Do I have any good options here?

I understand how frustrating it can be to be locked out of your account, but don't worry; let's try to fix it.

 

The only way to regain access to the original Nest account is to have access to the email associated with it. This will allow you to manage your Nest aware subscription. However, if you can't access the old account, I suggest filling out this form. My team can then contact you directly via email to gather more information and determine the best course of action.
