We are unable to login to our Nest device. Have tried the following:
1) Login from App (2 different devices)
2) Login from desktop application
3) Requested password reset (no email ever comes)
4) Not sure if we have migrated account to Google or not - I don't think we did
Our Program is at crazy settings making us manually override every day!!! Help!!!

The most likely reason for not receiving a password reset email is that you are inadvertently using an incorrect email address, one that is not registered with Google Nest as having a Nest Account.

You could try contacting Support to see if there's any unreported problem in not sending out password reset emails:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
