Nest App Shows Offline, Thermostat is Fine

My best app on my iPhone is constantly showing my nest as offline, however the thermostat shows connected with no issues. If I go to the thermostat and reselect the wifi, the app will come back online for a few, but then eventually just goes back to offline again. This has been going on for over a week. I want to stress that there is no issue with the thermostat itself - it’s always online and never shows offline or disconnected from the wifi. The issue seems to only be with the nest app showing it offline.
