I have used Nest products since launch and have never run into this issue.
I launched the Nest App on IOS and it prompted me to sign-in the Google. Not a big deal just figured a session had timed out or the app updated.
I sign in and it prompts me to "add a home". I have had the same home for over 5 years in Nest.
Regardless, it seems to see my "Google Home" house called "Home".
I continue to fill out the prompts but then hit a blank screen....shown in screenshots.
Can't add anything and don't see anything. If I access the web interface it just loops for me to add a home.
If I close the app or uninstall and retry it just makes me try to add the home over again.

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: which Nest device are you trying to add? What is the exact message that you are getting when you try to add a device? Did you migrate your Nest account? Do you have a Nest aware subscription?
Since you uninstall and reinstall the app have you tried using another phone to further isolate the issue?
